Banksi needed a new pixie hood because she is four now , so this time I made her a knitted one . It’s called the Audrey Pixie Hood in honour of my mother , Audrey who wore them as a young woman . They’ve been a tradition through four generations now . Please note I knitted it using 8 ply ( DK ) ( the crocheted version uses10 ply yarn ) .
