To create the rainbow piece in the photos I used UK half treble crochet stitch (htr) and a 5mm crochet hook. I used the following shades, and approximate quantities, of Paintbox Simply Aran yarn: Paper White (200), 40 metres; Spearmint Green (225), 40 metres; Bubblegum Pink (250), 20 metres; Pale Lilac (245), 20 metres; Mustard Yellow (223), 20 metres; Seafoam Blue (231), 20 metres; Vintage Pink (255), 20 metres. Alternatively, raid your stash and make your piece as fun and unique as you are.
