Product Description
This blue-on-blue shawlette was knit with a hand-dyed British wool yarn in a striped pattern with alternating eyelets and garter stitch - and alternating blue gradient colorways. The source of the yarn was an independent dyer in the Scottish Highlands.
The yarn I used comes in a 5-pack (50g skeins) of Stormy Seas Ripples gradient of blue and turquoise tones. I chose 1 light and 1 darker colorway. Other fingering-weight yarns could easily be substituted.
The accessory measures 43x20" / 109x51cm.
