Fingerless Gloves for Two

This one document contains two patterns: Simple Fingerless Gloves and Cabled Fingerless Gloves.

SIMPLE FINGERLESS GLOVES: I wanted to make a pair of fingerless gloves for a dear friend of mine. As with most of my designs, I start with an idea and start knitting. After lots of starts and stops because I didn't like this or that about the glove, I finally settled on a simple design that allows a lovely varigated yarn to be highlighted. This pattern is knit on an All-N-One loom with a single strand of a soft worsted weight yarn. The pattern is suitable for a beginner who can e-wrap knit, u-knit, and purl.

CABLED FINGERLESS GLOVES: After finalizing the design of the simple fingerless gloves, I felt like I wanted something a little more feminine and dressy for my friend.
