I love making these little owls. I make them for friends, family and I just can't make enough of them. Luckily they are quick and quite easy to make. I do love to take my time though, creating each little owl, letting each stitch settle into place and seeing the little owl character emerge. Each Hopeful Owl has a stocking just big enough to fit a small gift (a ring or ear rings, if your owl is really hopeful) and each will be different and very special.
