Product Description
Construction: Huntingdon uses columns of twisted stitches to create a broad ribbing effect, which makes for a very stretchy beanie. The hat works up quickly using worsted weight yarn and is offered in three teen/adult sizes. The plain version is knit entirely in the round and the button tab version features a brim that is worked back and forth before joining in the round and can feature one large or several small buttons.
Skill level: IntermediateSkills needed: Knitting in the round, 2-stitch right cables, and decreasing by k2tog and p2tog.

US 6 (4.0 mm) 16” circular needles, or two sizes smaller than gauge needle
US 8 (5.0 mm) 16” circular and double-pointed needles, or size to obtain gauge
120 (150, 180) yards worsted weight wool or wool blend yarn
