The little balls of yarn left after a knitting project are little pieces of our knitting journeys which fill our hearts with dreams, our heads with mindfulness, and our bodies with warmth. These little leftover balls, too small to become their own projects, but too pretty to be thrown away, receive a new purpose with this stash busting pattern.
Lineage Sweater is the descendant of all your previous projects. It’s a raglan sweater worked in the round, seamlessly, from the top down. It can be made using only leftover yarns, or with mini skeins, or even with full skeins. It’s a fun sweater to knit and the result can be as colorful as you desire, as you can use any number of colors, from 2 to 1000!
Yarn Sport or DK weight yarn in several colors. 1078 (1142, 1223, 1298, 1427, 1592, 1739, 1942) yards. Shown in Malabrigo Arroyo, colorways: Prussia Blue, Chircas, Sandbank, Jupiter, Glitter.
Difficulty Advanced beginner - working in the round, basic stitches, basic increases and decreases.
