Snowlady Tea Cosy Knitting Pattern

Everyone has a snowman tea cosy, but what about a snowlady tea cosy? The Snowlady tea cosy is made from snow-white yarn. She has a patterned hat bearing a sprig of holly and tassled shoal to keep the chill off.
