The Spring Forth Shawl is made with the fractal crochet lace and flowering edge. It is reminiscent of watching flowers, grass and leaves grow in a time lapse video.
This is the perfect shawl for a dinner out with one's partner, afternoon tea, or attending an outdoor spring wedding. If the fractal crochet lace is new to you, take you time to practice the stitch before jumping into the pattern.
This shawl is worked from side to side, so the final width can be adjusted by the number of rows completed. The edging is created along the length of the shawl, and looks like newly bloomed flowers. Blocking is strongly recommended to open the lace and flowers.
