I love bamboo yarn for its luxurious weight and drape! Bamboo is also a great material if you have skin allergies and can’t wear wool around your neck.
The difference before and after finishing is what makes this yarn amazing. The scarf will seem kind of short before blocking but will lengthen when you block it. The stitches will also seem very bulky after crocheting but will flatten out after blocking.
The scarf is designed to be long enough to be wrapped around the neck, but not to hang too low if you just wear it casually draped around your neck.
