The Alpine Sweater

Can you believe that the Alpine Sweater is crocheted not knit? This incredible texture is created using front and back post double crochet. The sweater is worked starting with the ribbed collar, which is formed using back loop only single crochet. The yoke is worked from the collar down and then the sleeves are separated. After the sleeve separation, the body is stitched to the correct length and the bottom ribbing is crocheted directly onto the bottom of the the sweater.
