This is a pattern for a fitted and cropped v-neck cardigan, with lace motif, stockinette, and ribbed trim. It is worked from the top down using the contiguous sleeve technique developed by Susie Myers. It is easy to adjust, to suit you. You are encouraged to try on your garment, as you are working, a few more sts here, a few less there, more length here or there...etc.
