Product Details
The cardigan is knitted from the bottom up in rounds, with a steek for the front opening. Side shaping and a compound raglan yoke create a flattering fit.
The listed sizes are for the wearer’s actual full bust measurement. The finished cardigan includes 5 to 7.5cm/2 to 3 inches of positive ease.
Tension is 29 stitches and 31 rows per 10cm/4 inches in blocked stranded colourwork, knitted with the largest needle. The smaller needles are for the garter stitch edgings. Please note that Felted Tweed DK is akin to a US sportweight/heavy fingering.
The pattern includes clearly illustrated tutorials for reinforcing the steek and for 'lifted increases'.
