Product Details
A simple knitting pattern for a graduated 2 colour striped beanie hat for a baby or child. Knitted throughout in stockinette stitch, with the edge left to roll naturally.
Instructions are given for knitting flat with a seam at the back of the hat.
The pattern is knitted using Rowans Hand Knit DK Cotton, however any other worsted weight yarns can be used as long as the correct knit tension is achieved. Some suggested yarn alternatives have been listed in the materials list below.
Sizes: Seven sizes are included: 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-2 years, 3-4 years, 5-6 years and 7-8 years.
Skills required: knit, purl, decrease and stripe work.
