How to knit a sock: Step 8 knitting the foot

It's time to knit that foot - what an exciting time to be a knitter! Watch this video tutorial or follow the step below to get that foot knitted in no time.
Step 8: Knitting the foot step-by-step
1
Let's get knitting. Work the foot on these 60 stitches for 12cm or the desired length, finishing having worked the top part of the sock. At this point it is always a good idea to try on the sock for size, the foot should reach the base of your little toe.
