Ernesta

Ernesta is a triangular shawl that combines a calm ladder and stockinette part with a more adventurous lace section. This way the shawl offers multiple ways of wrapping around and adjusting it to your outfit and mood.

The shawl is quite easy to knit, you need to know some basic lace stitches - yo, k2tog, ssk, s2kpo. It is also fun to knit, intuitive and yet complicated enough to give you a feeling of achievement. You can choose tonal, gradient or solid yarn, each choice will result in a unique shawl of your own.

The pattern could be customized by using different yarns, needle sizes, or adding repeats to both sections. The size depends totally on your preference, just knit until you reach desired size or you run out of yarn.
