This little cardigan and hat is ideal for the colder months. Knitted in 8ply (DK) it features three dear little Bilby’s hopping around the lower border of the cardigan and embellished by a mohair bobble tail. Each Bilby is slightly different. A 8ply hat with mohair bobbles makes up the set and is sure to become a firm favourite. Wind off separate colours for each Bilby so that there is no danger of pulling the yarn too tightly across. Once the graphs have been knitted this raglan style cardigan knits up quickly and is not difficult. Bilby's are an Australian native but you can just as easily think of them as rabbits. I think they will be just as popular.
