Cassidy Slouch Hat

This pattern is for a fun, funky slouchy beanie constructed almost entirely out of granny squares! This hat updates the traditional granny square for a trendy, beautiful hippie chic look. The hat features a unique surface braid brim, and is sure to make a statement! The pattern comes with easy to follow step-by-step instructions and helpful, clear photos.

Skill Level: Intermediate (Requires knowledge of sc, hdc, and dc stitches).

Size: One size fits most. Hat brim measures approximately 19" around and 1.75” wide, and will stretch. Finished hat measures approximately 10-10.5” long.

Materials: Approximately 220 yards DK or light worsted weight yarn. Do not use Aran weight yarn for this hat, it will most likely turn out too large.
