Gisella Hat

This is the original 3-in-1 hat! This hat was designed for a friend with the idea of using 4 ounces of long draw hand spun. The pattern creates a slouchy, warm, comfy hat that knits up quickly. Release the drawstring on the crown and you have a cowl. Fold it in half and you have a warm over-the-ears headband. Tighten the string a bit and the cowl can be pulled up to cover lower face. The color work is created with a slipstitch pattern and striping. The drawstring is an I-cord.
