A soft cuddly bunny rabbit, which was inspired by a ball of possum silk merino yarn. This is knitted in 4ply/fingering yarn and is pictured (main) in machine washable merino.
The pattern also includes the sweater and dress patterns , which are knitted in 8ply.
This pattern also works beautifully in stripey sock yarn for a retro look, or pale variegated yarns for a vintage look - sock yarns are more practical for a young child as they can be popped into the machine for a quick refresh.
