This oversized scarf is the perfect antidote to cold winter days, keeping you warm and toasty with a zing of colour! US and UK versions of the pattern are provided in the file, as well as left and right hnded versions for both terms.
The pattern can be worked in a single colour, or any number of alternating blocks. There are 36 blocks in total, which works well for alternations of 3,4,6, 9 or 12 colours (or more!). You will get 3 blocks from 1 x 50g ball of Scheepjes Stone Washed XL/River Washed XL. This pattern was originally designed for a Scheepjes Stone Washed XL/River Washed XL colour pack (pictured, now discontinued).
12 x 50g balls will make the full length extra-long scarf (3m), in any combination of 2, 3, 4, 6 or 12 colours.
9 x 50g balls will make a medium length scarf (2.2m), in any combination of 3 or 9 colours.
6 x 50g balls will make a short scarf (1.5 m), in any combination of 2, 3, or 6 colours
