Mika is an eyecatching unisex triangular shawl, knitted in simple garter stitch stripes and easy-to-knit slip stitches. You start with a small garter tab and work from top down with increases in RS and WS rows. So the shawl gets longer wings without being too long from top to the tip. You are alway knitting with just one color, you won’t have to use both colors at the same time.
Mika is a written pattern. Each row is described stitch by stitch.
The sample was knit in Hifa Ask Hifa 2. A substitute yarn is shown below.
