Another of my own designs . Designed to fit the Willie Wishers dolls with the following measurements : Height 14.5’’ , Chest 7’’ , Shoulder width 2.5’’ , Waist 6 ‘’ , Hips 7 ¾ ‘’ For Hearts 4 Hearts Dolls : Height 14’’ , Chest 6.5 ‘’ , Shoulder width 2.75’’ , Waist 5 ¾ ‘’ , Hips 7’’
DESIGNER’S NOTES : I wanted to design a dress that looks a bit like a crochet stitch and after some calculations and samples I came up with this pattern stitch which I really think looks cute . The dress is knit flat in one piece and sewn together at the back from the hem to the waist with 3 buttons as back closure . The neck edge I used a bobble stitch and also on the waist of the WW Dolls . The dress of the WW Doll is slightly off shoulder . The pattern includes knitting and cutting instructions for a long slimfit petticoat and an easy tulle one . I also included knitting instructions for panties and long fingerless gloves .
