What is Being Made

This is a knitted stuffed toy parrot designed by Rian Anderson, featuring optional pirate-themed accessories. The finished toy measures approximately 17 cm in height to the top of the head when perching, and 32 cm in length from head to tail. The pattern allows crafters to choose their own color palette for an imaginary parrot or replicate natural bird coloring. The design includes the option to add pirate accessories such as pieces of eight, an eyepatch, a "Jolly Roger" flag, a cutlass, and a hat or scarf, transforming the parrot into a pirate parrot character.
