Product Details
The Pine Cone Sweater is one of those basics that you will wear again and again. It’s warm and cozy, with a simple straight silhouette that goes with everything and is just what you need in your everyday life. Its embellishments are minimal – the circular yoke is the only part of the sweater that makes it stand out from being a simple, classic sweater. The pine cone lace pattern on the yoke starts small around the neck and gets larger as it moves around the bust.
ConstructionThis sweater is worked in the round from the top-down, starting with ribbing which is followed by a lace circular yoke. Once the yoke is completed, the stitches from the sleeves are placed on hold and the body is worked, ending with more ribbing. The sleeves stitches are then put back on live needles and sleeves are worked down to the wrist, ending with ribbing for a stretchy fit.
