My first Sirdar yarn purchase in many years. I was hesitant to try the yarn as it is 50% cotton. I am making up my own pattern. The yarn is a little stiff and stitch definition is great. It is slightly stretchy and spring and I believe it will stay true to gauge. The yarn does not have the feel of 100% natural fibres but will hold its shape after washing.
Not used this yarn before, but it seems very soft and is looking very pretty as I start knitting a lacy patterned jumper for my new granddaughter. My stock of patterns are so old that I rarely find the recommended yarn. I like the fact that it is 60% cotton, as I prefer natural fibres wherever possible. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished jumper.
Easy to crochet with. Beautiful colours. 60 % cotton and 40% acrylic. I will be using this all the time. Very Happy with this product.
Excellent yarn, works amazingly well, very nice to the touch and really comfortable to ware. Very pleased!
Beautiful yarn. Well worth the money. Easy to work with and extremely happy with the finished garment.
Bought 2 colours to work into a crochet intarsia pattern. This is excellent quality yarn and really good for crochet because it doesn't split even if you have to pull back for a mistake. Worth the money and would buy again.

Lovely yarn with a white cotton fleck Knits up really well. Warm to wear on not too summery days.
I’ve been using Sirdar Stories for amigurimi dolls. The colors are bright and the yarn works up beautifully.
