I don’t know why this yarn is called baby. It’s not particularly soft. It’s a very nice cord style yarn and I’m going to have to use it for placemats. It will be great for placemats. It will not be great for a baby jacket.
Bought this to make a Sophie Shawl, is knitting well, no splitting. Still a WIP but think it will be idea wool for the. Project.
Fantastic blend of cotton and acrylic fibres which gives great stitch definition. It’s warm bc enough for cardigans, sweaters and vests and I even knitted up a Sophie Hood which has been perfect in this -5 degree cold snap. My only negative is the knots which appear fairly regularly (every other ball or so). Having said that I do buy this yarn quite regularly when the colours I want are in stock.

I’m using this yarn to crochet a little mouse. It’s lovely and soft, as a toy it will have a really nice tactile quality.
I just received this beautiful yarn for a baby sweater. It's knitting up really well. It's soft and the colors are perfect. I was tentative about the color selection as I was trying to match school colors. Fortunately the colors were exactly as I needed and exactly matched the online pictures. Whew! I'm very happy with the yarn!
