I had a dream of designing a sweater with mondo cable that could be completely knit on the stockinette side and then turned inside out and worn reverse-stockinette side out. After several tries, I realized that a circular yoke sweater with a reversible cable would yield the desired results.
I love this sweater because it is super comfy to wear and it's also a lot of fun to make. The test-knitters all loved it - I think for those two reasons, as well.
I love the yarn I used, too. It's lofty and slightly felted and it's a lot of fun to work with. The loftiness makes the sweater somewhat lightweight for its bulk.
It knits up quickly, too, as it is worked on large needles.
I am not sure that the colorway I used was "Cream", but that is the closest one available.
I love this sweater and can't wait for the cooler weather so I can start wearing it again!
