    About

I couldn’t think what else to make with 2 random balls of yarn I had. I alternated colours, 2 rows of each.

Other : I misjudged quantities, so still have about 60g of yarn left, I should have made it a bit bigger. Never mind, I’m sure my mum can make a hat with the rest - she’s knitted practically all her life but now at 83 and with poor eyesight she mainly knits hats.

Lovely blanket - I like to use the corner to corner method, but like you said it can be difficult to judge when to start to decrease. Better to have a bit of wool left over then run out with a couple of rows to go!!

It’s very effective Diane. It’s a great charity knit. 😊
