    About

This is my first Christmas Knit. I've made a few gnomes so thought I would start simple, but this is the first one that doesn't have eyes. I think it's my preferred choice now I like the hat pulled right down to the nose. The rucksack belongs to the 8" mary janes tearoom bear I made it with DK instead of 4 ply so that it was the right size.

Hi Tracy, I'm not sure you received my last message I sent a couple of weeks ago, Lovecraft's is sometimes not be very reliable sending messages and I've no other way of contacting you, so I hope you receive this one. This candy cane gnome has been sold and I don't think I will be making another this year. I have two other gnomes in my shop at the moment I'm not sure if either of those are suitable. If you copy and paste this link, you should be able to view them

Thanks Michelle I've set myself a goal for the rest of this year that I only make the toys I have the yarn in my stash. No buying new stash!! It's hard though 🤣

@Christine R: that's why I made the wee bears Christine as I had the wool in the cupboard.😊You know you have jinxed yourself I bet you will see a pattern that you can't resist and ohh you definitely need new wool for them.lol.😉😂😂

Thanks Alison I'm doing one in red and blue at the moment it still looks Christmassy but you cannot beat red and green for that true festive look.
