    About

    I have yarn, hooks and patterns littering my whole lounge so I thought I'd attempt to tidy up and pile it all into a nice basket!
    I love it and am very pleased with the result but it really made my hand ache, the yarn is very stiff!

      I think bernat blanket is a chunky/super bulky yarn so maybe 4 or 5 strands of dk depending on what the dk is like. It varies by fibre content and make.
      If you need to look up the weight and fibre conetent of a yarn I can recommend

      I have a whole stash of DK yarn about how many strands would I need to hold together to get the same thickness as the Bermat Blanket yarn. Thanks from Lyn in Norfolk UK .
