    I have started my Christmas knitting projects with this sweater for my daughter in law.

      Drops Alaska Aran - 02 (classic Aran off white) ✕ 19.0 balls

    Needles & Hooks

    • Circular 5.00mm (US 8) 80cm
    • Circular 4.50mm (US 7) 80cm

    Measurements

    92-97cm

    Notes: As I was not using the recommended yarn used in the pattern I checked the yardage of the millamia yarn against the drops Alaska and you need an extra 2 X 50 GM balls more if using the Drops Alaska yarn that's why my usage of yarn is more than the pattern.

      Think you were right to use another yarn. I have just done the centre panel in the recommended yarn and it is much too stiff for me. Going to try a different pattern.
