        I didn’t follow a pattern but both sedge stitch and the wavy border are demonstrated on YouTube. Sedge stitch is crocheted in multiples of 3 - I started with a chain which measured 25 inches. The border is worked in multiples of 4 - I had to be a bit imaginative at the corners but crochet is very forgiving! I made this for a friends daughter who is having a baby girl at the end of the year.
