    About

I bought the yarn in a sale at half-price and decided to use it to make a crocheted blanket. I’d made my grandson a dragonfly blanket when he was born so decided to use the same stitch for this one.
I used a dragonfly pattern for main body and crab stitch for the border, which I think finishes it off nicely.

    Needles & Hooks

    • Crochet Hook 4.00mm (US 6)

    Accessories

    • Tapestry Needle

    Measurements

    Notes: Approximately 100x75cm.
Could have made it slightly shorter/ narrower and only used 2x150g balls. Only used 3rd ball for final edging round of crab stitch.

What a beautiful blanket it reminds me of summer. The dragonfly stitch is so pretty a special gift for your grandchildren.😊

Thank you. It’s fun to do and grows quite quickly.
