    About

I give all of my knitting projects away, mostly to my daughter and daughter-in-law who share them with friends who have growing families. There seem to be so many patterns for little girls, so I was looking for a pattern suitable for a little boy, that would also be fun to knit. This is it. It is a well-written and fun pattern. The directions call for using duplicate stitch for the fox's eyes and nose. I used an embroidery lazy daisy stitch. I'm not sure if this was actually better, but that's what I did. Knitpicks Swish DK yarn in color Allspice is perfect for a fox.

Thank you Vix. Yes, her designs are super. I think this is the 3rd one of hers that I have enjoyed.

@Vix: The only girlie one that I made from this designer was Alouette. A terrific pattern.

Thanks. It's always all about the yarn. I was very happy with these color choices. Little boys wear jeans or khaki pants, and this will go well with either of these. This is a good designer - Froginette - and I am just starting another little boy's pullover from this same designer.
