Product Details
Emily’s Firmaments Shawl is a circular lace shawl constructed using Elizabeth Zimmerman’s Pi Shawl method and is worked in the round from the center out. It was inspired by a poem by the American poet Emily Dickinson (1830–1886).
Finished Measurements: 56” in diameter after blocking
Yarn Requirements: 1 cone Valley Yarns 2/14 Alpaca Silk (80% Alpaca, 20% Silk, 8oz/1736yds) shown in French Blue
Needles: Size 3 (3.25 mm) in DPNs and 16”, 24”, and 32” circular needles
Gauge: 22 sts = 4” in stocking stitch after blocking
