Product Details
Designed for use with sock and variegated yarns.
This cowl is crocheted in rounds to make a seamless accessory. With easy stitches and only one round to memorise it is suitable for beginners who have mastered basic stitches. Ripple stitches have a lovely rhythm and are perfect for self-striping or variegated yarns. The result is an elegant cowl that is designed to fit snugly around the neck to keep out the chill. The Alpaca yarn used for the short sample has a soft, fluffy haze and beautiful drape, the subtle variegations in colour help to create a feminine cowl that is easy and flattering to wear. The longer, “wrap around” version uses a 4 ply merino yarn from Eden Cottage Yarns, the repeating pattern really shows off the subtle variations of green.
The length and depth are easily adjusted to suit.
