Product Details
This pattern is one of my favourites as I designed it for my sister’s baby girl (who’s due in any minute as I write this), as a unique gift.
I wanted to make something quick, yet beautifully textured but not too holey. She loves pastel and soft shades so the yarn cake I had in my stash was perfect for it.
As this is a simple, 2 row pattern repeat, you can stop at any time and make it as big or small as you like!
Materials needed:• 3.75 mm (F) size hook (I used Furls Alpha Series-Blackwood) • 2 Scheepjes Whirls or approximately 2188 yards/2000 meters of fingering weight yarn (I used Scheepjes Whirl in Popin Candy) • Yarn needle for weaving in ends • Scissors • Stitch markers (optional) • NOTE: Blocking is essential to enhance the textured patternwork of your blanket
