Product Details
When I was in kindergarten there was a girl in my class named Allison who wore her thick, brown hair in beautiful braids. Even though I have not thought about her in a long time, I was reminded of those braids when working the cables for this scarf. Knit in a chunky weight yarn, I especially love the edges that form naturally.
Skill Level: Intermediate Required Skills: Cast on, knit, purl, cables, bind off. Intarsia experience is helpful but not required. One SizeFinished Measurements: 56" length; 8" width Gauge: 16 sts and 20 rows = 4” (10cm) in stockinette stitch. Gauge is not critical for this project but a different gauge will affect yarn requirements and size of finished piece. Take time to check gauge.
