Anemone fingerless mittens are ideal as a first double-knit project. These gorgeous mittens are knit in rows using several interesting techniques. You start with a provisional cast-on, then knit a sweet picot hem which will sit around the fingers. Next you work the hand using double-knit stocking stitch in a simple grid pattern. Finally you work a double-knit rib, ending with a simple edging. Just one seam and you can wear your fingerless mittens.
