ABOUT THE PATTERN
The April Cowl uses simple knits, yarn overs and decreases to evoke the new shoots and sprouts of early spring growth. April is extra-long for a draped-scarf feel. Lace written and charted.

Yarn: 280 yards Sport weight yarn
Sample worked in Knit Picks Galileo in color Firefly and used most of two balls (100 g or about 260 yards).
Needles: Size US 4 [3.50 mm] 24” or 32” [60 or 80 cm] circular needle
(or size needed to get gauge)
Notions: stitch marker, tapestry needle
