You don't need to be a diva to wear this elegant shell, but you will certainly feel like one! Worked in a fingering weight yarn, use a merino/silk blend for an extra special piece, it will be perfect in just about any color you choose.
Worked in the round from the bottom up, the ribbed pattern creates natural shaping for a flattering fit. After dividing the front and back at the bottom of the armholes, the armholes are shaped as you would for a raglan sweater. There's a keyhole slit at the back to make sure this shell can easily be put on. Small buttons close the back keyhole slit, and you might want to choose some vintage buttons to truly customize your shell.
