Timeless trees adapted from Barbara Walker's Treasuries and incorporated into a pretty dishcloth or used as a single block as part of a sampler afghan/blanket, this block is intriguing to make and keeps your interest throughout.

The stitches are fully described and photographed in my Tutorial Pages in my group.

A note on M1/M1L/M1RI actually used M1R on the right side of the trees when increasing. Remember the mantra 'I'll be right back' and you'll insert the needle into the back horizontal thread, and knit from the front. Makes a right leaning increase. M1L: a left leaning increase, insert from the front, knit into the back.
