Product Details
The Bastille Cowl is a balance of a beautiful, delicate motif and a bold, deep badass color. (Really, this is one amazing green - shades of deep gray add sophistication, and it almost glows) Representing the balance of sensitive and cool in any lead singer - right? I thought that this combo was pretty perfect for a project that's a nod to a rock band. I chose a complex Gothic lace to tie into the history and tradition behind the name, and it showcases the yarn perfectly.
The project is worked in two halves - the first entirely in lace and the second in lace ribs with an off center section that ties into the first motif. Worn full and long or wrapped around your neck twice, the two halves play off each other nicely. And the weight and softness of the Primo is light and warm - a perfect piece for inside or out.
Adjusting for another yarn weight or quantity is easy, and instructions are included in the pattern.
