This pattern is for a knitted vest , tank top with a traditional cable pattern. Perfect for layering, a great Spring knitting project.
Knitted in the round, with a charted cable pattern. The piece is divided at the armholes, then shoulders seamed.
The vest can also be knitted flat, but please note you will still need to use DPNs or circulars to work armholes and neck.
Armholes and neck opening are worked in rib by picking up stitches around the opening. This knitted vest is designed to be a standard close fit, but can be sized up for an oversized look.
Sizes 0-3m, 3-6m, 6-12m, 12-24m, 2-4yrs, 4-6yrs, 6-8yrs
The pattern calls for DK yarn, 2x50g balls for 0-3m, up to 4 balls for 6-8yrs.
