Introducing Beryl Bat. Beryl is a fun loving bat who enjoys cuddles, flying and exploring new places.

Beryl can be knitted by a confident knitter who is able to complete the wrap stitch pattern. Full illustrated instructions are given at the end of the pattern for this stitch.

When completed in Dk yarn Beryl is approximately 4inches from her base to the top of her ear.

Beryl can be knitted in DK, Arran or Chunky yarn, her sizing and the quantity of yarn needed will change, a needle sizing guide is provided below.

Materials:

1) Paintbox Simply DK: Wool (A) Col. 101 X 50gms, Wool (B) Col. 69 X 30gms approximately.

2) Size 2.00mm knitting needles

3) 50gms of Toy stuffing, approximately.

4) Yarn needle, scissors,

5) White, black, and coloured felt for eyes and cotton to match OR black yarn for embroidering eyes.

Tension Squares: 10 stitches X 10 rows (all knit) = 1.5 inches X 0.5 inches
