Sizes2-4y: to fit 48.5-52.5 cm / 19.5-21” head circumference. 6-10y: to fit 54-56 cm / 21.5-22.5” head circumference.
Yarn1 skein of Dream in Color Calm (100% merino; 100g / 240 yards). Sample was made in colorway Tang.
Needles5.0 mm / US #8 circular needle (at least 60 cm / 24” long) and dpns, or appropriate size to get gauge. 4.0 mm / US #6 circular needle (at least 60 cm / 24” long) or dpns, or two sizes smaller than gauge needles.
OtherCable needle, stitch marker, tapestry needle for weaving, pompom maker (optional).
Gauge18 sts and 25 rows = 10 cm / 4” in St st worked in the round with 5.0 mm / US #8 needles (after washing). Take time to save time - check your gauge. If necessary, adjust needle size to obtain the correct gauge.
