As defined by Urban Dictionary, a “Bow Head” is a “woman who wears a bow in her hair, who often has an annoyingly perky personality and may be overly interested in things like her sorority”. Reminds me of Elle Woods in “Legally Blond” or Shelly in “The Housebunny”! Who doesn’t love a perky girl with a big bow in her hair?
