Brooke - prem booties and mittens

This 8ply Bootie and Mitten set is worked in a feather and fan lace pattern then stocking stitch. They are easy and quick to knit, and sure to keep bub warm and cosy.

Pattern sizes: Prem 1 (Prem 2-Prem 3-Newborn).

To fit foot: 4 (5-6-7) cm [1½ (2-2½-2¾) ins].

Yarn required:

1 (1-1-1) ball Lincraft Double Knitting 8ply Yarn, 100g balls@266m.

Quantities vary between knitters and types of yarns.

Needles required:

A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles.

Wool needle for sewing up.

Also required:

174 (180-186-192) cm [70 (72-74-76) ins] narrow ribbon.

Tension: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over stocking st, using 4.00mm needles.

This style of bootie and mittens are also available in sizes 0 (3-6-9) months.
