This is called the chase your blues away sweater because this is exactly what it does! This is fun to make with the puff stitches. it can be customised and alterations are available.
The pattern is written in US crochet terms in ENGLISH. This is a 17 page PDF pattern. It has written instructions for the crochet pattern and detailed pattern row by row notes with pictures. It does not include finished product. It can be made in any similar yarn suitable for your hook. There is a YouTube tutorial that explains in detail and I have linked it.
